These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of CaiseStudy AI at caisestudy.com (the "Service"), operated by Social Stack Labs LLC ("we," "us," "our"), a California limited liability company. By using the Service or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
The Service
CaiseStudy AI generates draft business deliverables — a pitch deck, a financial model, and a preparation brief — based on the case prompt and materials you submit. The Service is automated and produces outputs using AI. You submit your inputs, we generate the deliverables, you review a watermarked preview, and after payment you download the final files.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
Your content and your responsibilities
You retain ownership of the materials you submit. By submitting content, you grant us a limited license to process it solely to generate and deliver your order.
You represent and warrant that:
- You have the right to submit the materials you upload.
- Your submission does not violate any confidentiality agreement, non-disclosure agreement, employment agreement, or any third party's intellectual property, privacy, or other rights.
- You will not submit unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.
You are solely responsible for your inputs and for how you use the deliverables. Do not upload materials you are not authorized to share.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service to violate any law or third-party right.
- Attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
- Resell or redistribute the Service itself, or use automated means to abuse usage limits.
We may apply rate limits and file-size limits, and may suspend or refuse service for suspected abuse.
The deliverables — important disclaimer
The deliverables are AI-generated drafts provided for your own preparation and use. They are not professional, financial, legal, investment, or career advice. We do not guarantee any particular outcome, including interview or job results. You are responsible for reviewing, verifying, and editing the deliverables before relying on or presenting them. Any figures, assumptions, or analysis in the outputs are generated from your inputs and should be independently checked.
Payment
Prices are shown at checkout ($89–$139 depending on the package). Payment is processed by Stripe. You authorize us to charge the amount shown for your selected package.
Refunds
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. In short: because the deliverables are digital goods delivered on demand, all sales are final except where a generation fails — if the Service fails to produce your deliverables, you are entitled to a full refund. See the Refund Policy for details.
Intellectual property
We own the Service, including its templates, software, design, and branding. These Terms do not transfer any of our intellectual property to you. You own your inputs and the specific deliverables generated for your order.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that outputs will meet your expectations.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Social Stack Labs LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Social Stack Labs LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms — including any claim that your uploaded materials breached a confidentiality obligation or third-party right.
Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
Before filing any claim, you agree to first contact us at hello@socialstacklabs.com so we can try to resolve it informally.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
