Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all orders placed on CaiseStudy AI at caisestudy.com, operated by Social Stack Labs LLC.
The short version
The deliverables are digital goods generated on demand and delivered to you. All sales are final, with one exception: if the Service fails to generate your deliverables, you receive a full refund.
When you get a full refund
You are entitled to a full refund if:
- The Service fails to produce your deliverables due to a technical or processing failure on our end, and
- We are unable to successfully regenerate or deliver them.
Before you pay, you review a watermarked preview of your deliverables. This lets you confirm the output meets your expectations before completing payment. Because you can preview before purchasing, refunds are not available simply because you changed your mind or preferred a different result after downloading.
When refunds are not available
Refunds are not provided for:
- Change of mind after downloading the final files.
- Dissatisfaction with the creative or analytical choices in a successfully generated deliverable that you previewed before paying.
- Outcomes such as interview or job results.
- Errors or omissions caused by inaccurate, incomplete, or unauthorized inputs you provided.
How to request a refund
Email hello@socialstacklabs.com from the email address used for your order, with a brief description of the issue. If your situation qualifies under this policy, we will process the refund to your original payment method. Refunds are issued through Stripe and may take several business days to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.
