This Privacy Policy explains how Social Stack Labs LLC ("we," "us," "our"), the operator of CaiseStudy AI at caisestudy.com (the "Service"), collects, uses, and protects information when you use the Service. Social Stack Labs LLC is a California limited liability company.

What we collect
We collect only what we need to deliver your order.
Information you provide:
- Email address — to send your deliverables, order confirmations, and support replies.
- Case prompt and intake answers — the text you submit describing your interview case.
- Uploaded files — any documents (PDF, Word, Excel) you attach to your order.
- Payment information — processed by our payment provider (Stripe). We do not receive or store your full card number; Stripe handles that directly.
Information collected automatically:
- Basic technical and usage data (such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited) that our hosting provider (Vercel) records by default to operate and secure the site.
- Analytics (Google Analytics): We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors find and use the site so we can improve it. It sets first-party cookies and collects data such as the pages you view, the site or campaign that referred you (including UTM parameters), approximate location derived from your IP address, and your device and browser type. Because the links to your order pages (preview, status, and download) act as access keys, we redact the unique order identifier from every URL before it is sent to Google — so your private file links are never shared with the analytics service. Google processes this data on our behalf. We do not currently display a cookie-consent banner; you can block analytics cookies through your browser settings.
How we use your information
- To generate and deliver your requested deliverables (pitch deck, financial model, prep brief).
- To process your payment and send order-related emails.
- To respond to support requests.
- To monitor for abuse, enforce usage limits, and secure the Service.
- To comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your uploaded case materials to train AI models.
How your content is processed
Generating your deliverables requires sending your case prompt and the contents of your uploaded files to third-party infrastructure providers that operate the Service:
- Anthropic (AI processing) — your case content is sent to Anthropic's API to generate your deliverables.
- Supabase (database and file storage) — your order data and files are stored here.
- Stripe (payments).
- Resend (email delivery).
- Vercel (website hosting).
These providers process data on our behalf under their own terms and security commitments. We share your information with them only as needed to run the Service.
Your responsibility for uploaded materials
You are responsible for the materials you submit. By uploading content, you confirm you have the right to share it and that doing so does not violate any confidentiality agreement, NDA, or third party's rights. Do not upload materials you are not permitted to share. You affirm this at the time of submission.
Data retention and deletion
We retain your order data and uploaded files only as long as necessary to provide and support your order. You may request deletion of your uploaded files and generated outputs at any time by emailing hello@socialstacklabs.com from the email address used for your order, and we will delete them.
Your privacy rights
California residents (CCPA/CPRA): You have the right to know what personal information we collect, to request access to or deletion of it, to correct inaccurate information, and not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. We do not sell or "share" your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. To exercise any right, email hello@socialstacklabs.com. We will verify your request using the email address associated with your order.
Other jurisdictions: Depending on where you live, you may have similar rights to access, correct, or delete your information. Contact us at the email above to make a request.
Security
We use industry-standard measures and reputable infrastructure providers to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
The Service is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from minors.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the revised version here with a new "Last updated" date.
